Any product shipped through this carrier will never ever reach the destination on time, that’s if you are lucky that it reaches there. My recent experience is , two packages reached sorting facility 100kms from my place, 2 days later it moved to sorting facility 10 kms from my place , after 2 days it moved back to the original sorting facility 100kms away and now it is moving around at sorting facility 40 kms away. The delivery dates keep getting revised. There is no response to the query or follow up. It’s Just banging our heads looking at the tracking site. Don’t ever use this carrier is you want to save the frustration and depression.
