I was waiting to receive a parcel which has to come on 10th august itself from amazon as I had received a sms at 10.25am saying that my product was out for delivery from their courier partner DELHIVERY COURIERS and I was hopefully waited to receive the item till the evening 8pm 10th aug, end of the day I had received a sms thats saying, as per your request the delivery was rescheduled to 11th august and were unable to deliver the item today. without my knowledge and will without contacting me they had rescheduled the delivery date by supressing their failure! today 11th august after vigoarous follow-ups to amazon and to their courier boy they had delivered my parcel at 9pm, very bar courier service and their crew! it is bad because their crew were not dedicated and punctual.
