I ordered a birthday gift for my wife on 21 May, where I was given an option to choose delivery on the next day, 22 May. That was the only reason to order through this site.
However, I got a mail on 22 May that the items ordered were not perishable, and so would be sent by courier and deleted in 5 to 6 days! Wonder who was ordering and who the customer was! Sent them a reply intimating that I don't want the delivery in that case and asking for a full refund.
After 6 days there was no delivery, no refund and no status update. Called up the customer care no and spoke for 10 minutes to a guy sounding like a recorded message and refusing to hear the point, but just repeating the same rubbish as if they were not meeting a prepaid order but giving something free!
Finally told him it would go to the court if I don't geta full refund.
So much for customer service, on time gift delivery and reliability. Wonder why such fraud sites and shops don't get shut down by law.
Zero is the rating, so not clicking stars, as that would result in 1 star at least! KEEP AWAY PLEASE! I didn't and regret it.
