The website is not able to give true customer support to their users and customers.The customer executive is unable to help the customer truly and they don't even talk nicely to the Customers , they don't deal to customer

The product which we received from the website is of worst quality and the product is also damaged from many sides.The website also do not have any replacement or refund policy.
The delivery is too late ad the customer not at all satisfied with the delivery time of the product.They takes about 25days to deliver a particular product.This website does not give any app facility to access their site.The website is too big as it takes a long time to load the website.So overall bad experience.
