'Go slow, Speed kills but thrills'-reads the traffic signals on high ways.

'slow and steady wins the race'- says an old story on hare & tortoise.

'Go slow on jumping companies'says the career consultant .

We have some more quotes like'rolling stone gathers no mass'.

Well whether going slow would be able to win you the race or not it will certainly help you to have a healthy life and to live longer. A world wide forum formed to advocate slowing down from our mad fastness advices you to eat slow, take up less pressure jobs and to get away with the get-it-fast machines and jigmos to have better life. Because our nervous system & heart are not as maintenance free as we think.

Some say the real life starts after 40 because you get into the world by around 25, but know the world in & out and get a cool head by 40. Which means your success rate is more between 40 to 55 like the last 15 overs of cricket.

So we should be able to keep our body fit for that crucial part of innings.

Hence we should have a relook at our goals and day to day schedules to check if there is any avodable amount of mad fastness or pressure which can be avoided.
