I feel this review is:
DCB Bank Nariman Point Branch failed to pay interest on my fixed deposit booked on 13-05-19(using zippi) with quarterly payout option for almost five months after account opening & KYC proceeds. Customer service team kept extending timeline to resolve issue several times. Finally case reported to RBI ombudsman.
