This pertains to the shop in Himayatnagar, Hyderabad - I have been frequenting this shop and was initially impressed. However based on a few recent episodes I have noticed that some stale products are being sold.
First it as a cockroach in Jalebi. The shop promptly offered to replace it free. Second, Patra, Gujrati offering, was not upto the mark. The shop again offers it to be replaced but instead refunded the amount.
Recently Just last week, the Rasmalai purchased on Rakhi festival, was found curdled. We decided to not get "free replacement" this time but have chosen to shun this sweet maker.
I just want you all to be safe and check the product properly before purchase. The shop is in a popular spot and must take these into consideration if they have to make sure customers keep coming back for more.
