I have opted for basic flexi pack Rs 99 per month. and added addon from there wesbite such as English Entertainment, and Classic Roi HD.
I wanted to remove addon. There was no option to remove addon on WEBSITE and on D2H INFINITY APP on Flexi pack.
1 month lock period is fixed on addon. After 1 month I am calling them on below number many times but none of them are answerable. always get a common answer executive are busy.

With a request to Remove Addon but still now I have not received a solution.
Worst Custumer Care Service.
TRAI - Should take action on this. They should do an enquiry for existing flexi pack, There is no option to remove addon.
