I am totally taken aback by the quality of customer service which I just experienced.I was looking for a quality DTH service as I am presently living in a rural part of this world.Seeing upon various advertisments in the print as well as television media by various players in the market I finally decided to buy the videocon d2h services.The advertisment signifies how quickly the installation is done within a time frame of 24-48 hrs.Mr Abhishek calls a customer care executive & before he reaches office the STB is ready.And it signifies that how much importance company gives to the customer's time & money.The latest offer is 1590 INR & one gets a set top box with remote which can also operate the tv.Free installation & 4 months of sports gold / 3 months of diamond pack.
Hardware:-A set top box which has won the product of the year award by more than 30000 indians respondants of a survey conducted by the independent agency AC Nielsen.What else should I write.That says it all.One also gets 15 mts of wire .
Service:- I have just started to use the service & its scores on all parameters wheather its sound or clarity.It also has a logo which dose't obstruct the view of the programme running.
Value:- No ones knows Indian consumer as videocon does.Mr Dhoot I salute you for creating a company who knows us & our mentaliy.
Staff:- Courteous & sound technical knowledge of the hardware.Easily reachable with just a phone call away.
Cost:-One should go for the present offer as it has all the essential ingredients of mouth watering dish.Just pay 888/- and one gets STB plus a a month of free viewing experience.One has to pay 300/- as installation charges.
Highlight:- I bought my STB online at 10:30 AM & by 8:30 PM I was channel surfing.AMAZING!
