A very well maintained company. Review on d2h

Hello everyone, I am going to review videocon d2H from my own experience.I had videcon d2h from 2014-2018 .

The quality of the connection was always very good and I still remember that the installation was done very quickly within few hours of booking the network. The strength of the signal was extremely strong and hence because of that the quality of the video clarity was always very good even in sd channels. The sound quality was never a problem for us as we always had good sound quality and the best part about the company was that it was always improving every time it was needed. As you know dth connection always goes during rain but the surprise was that as the signal was very strong the connection only went if there was very very heavy rain and never during any other time.

The biggest strength in comparison to other companies is the service. The customer service has never let me down and was always very very quick and prompt during any problems or queries .

I have to give a special mention to the remote provided by videocon, they are the first remote provided where you do not have to aim at the set top box to change the channels. you can change from anytime anywhere in the room.

The cost as far as I know is also the cheapest in comparison with other companies and hence that along with the signal and the remote makes it a very good value for money product and hence I would say it is a good product to buy if you wish to buy the product.
