I have used Videocon D2H service in early 2015 for five months and had to replace it because of their poor signal quality even during a sunny day.
I had the standard set-top box but still there signal strength was horrible. The signals were worst during monsoon and even pathetic during the summer.
Their customer service did not acknowledge my problem and mostly laugh it off!
It was always hard to get in touch with them as their customer care number were always either busy or out of reach.
The audio and video quality were moderate nothing exceptional and it did not support Dolby surround sound even though they claimed so.
Their number of channels were limited compared to Tata Sky or Dish TV and their packages were the highest in the industry giving zero value for money.
