My Customer ID is 94012018.if you care of your customers than call me on 8527054777 as my previous number has changed.
I have following up with D2H for past 7 days and talk to 4 different supervisors and they just say one thing we will get back to after 24 hrs.I wonder when their 24 hrs will be over.I guess they are asleep and don't care whats going on.
Because of your agent's mistake, I am suffering. Its not the question of 220 bucks. But its the question of cheating which you are doing with your customers and that your customer service sucks.
Hope someone out there is monitoring this and will take immediate action before losing one more customer.
