The customer service is very bad.
They cannot resolve problems immediately.
If you have problems with d2h ready to wait without TV for 4-7 days.
Videocon agent will tell you It is great but do not believe those liars.
I wanted to subscribe alacarta they immediately did that but now when I wanted to unsubscribe they want we to wait 7 days.
The service sucks. If you want to waste your money go for videocon d2h else buy other d2h that gives good service. Also to call customer service it takes time and money goes like water. Never buy trust me never buy videocon d2h.
