Hi friends. Its me Navin and now I am going to share my views about a water heater from a prominent electronic and households appliances company that is Crompton. As I baught it aprrox four months ago from the showroom of Crompton at my city. As I lived in a joint family thus why I needed a geyser which is having a good storage capacity, quick heater of water, easy to maintain, user friendly and last but not the least good value for money. So I visited to the showroom of Crompton to search for such a geyser and hence I selected the Crompton Solarium DLX SWH 815. After using it ii have some issues which is still not being dissolve yet. Let's have a look of it. Solarium DLX tank Capacity 15 Lts., 8 bar pressure, Nano polymer coated tank, 50% energy efficiency, Single weld line, Rust free body, Three tier safety, weight 12 Kgs. Although these all features are indicating that it should be a great product. But the reality is somewhat different. Now the problem which I faced started from the installation to the altimate use.
1- The very first ptoblem which I faced is about installation. As its size is too big so it need much space in the bathroom.
2- It consume the higher electricity as compare to Havells Puro Plus. As it consume more electricity so this is not a value for money product.
3- After use of 2-3 months, I found that I found that its tank is slightly leaking. I told to the shopkeeper for the replacement but he just repair it. Everybody knows that a product loose its life after such a rapid repairing.
4- As I compared solarium with puro plus I feel havells is much better than crompton in the geysers section. As puro plus has the dynamic design so that it suits your bathroom and gives you a better look.
5- As it takes much time i.e 15 minutes approx to heat the water. As puro takes hardly 3-4 minutes with less electricity due to its improved nickel coated element. Although Crompton also used this element but puro plus has the better quality.
