I wasted my money by buying Crompton Greaves windstar farrata fan, I recommended everyone not to buy this product because without any awareness on this company products I bought this product so I realise my mistake better to not to buy this company products these are totally waste, I bought this product in I electronics shop in my town clear review on this product is,
COOLING AND SOUND : I bought this product in summer season I run this product for whole night my room was very small even though this fan run overnight but the room doesn't cool and the sound produced by this fan is very irritating and I couldn't sleep.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT : I contacted them by the information on the the label on the fan I requested them to exchange my product I can't them many times and I message them as many as Times but they didn't give any response to me.
RELIABILITY AND SATISFACTION : I am very disappointed when I bought this company fan I recommend you to better to not to buy this fan it is very worst in working and exterior appearance.
VALUE OF MONEY : I get cheated in this terms because the fan cost much more then other fans but in terms of working it is worst than other fans.
please don't buy this company fan and it is very worst in working it doesn't cool surroundings and it consumes more energy or current for running, the warranty is not given so better to not to use this fan.
