Inspite of repeated attempts on calls, emails and personal visit to Croma our issues has yet not been solved.
Our request was cancelled automatically twice.
On third request the engineer visited however did not complete the work and the ac is giving hot air, now when called to the engineer he is giving multiple reasons and yet not visited.
It is so disappointing to write this email to Croma to know how bad after sales service you have inspite of paying for the extended warranty.
