Very DISAPPOINTING experience with the HR Generalist course.
I enrolled in as a Non-Resident Indian (NRI). It's disheartening when educational opportunities, especially those that come at a significant cost, fail to deliver on their promises.
The issues I encountered, from discriminatory pricing practices (charged me double compared to other students) to an incomplete and superficial curriculum, are serious red flags suggesting the program is not up to standard. It's particularly concerning that the course content was not tailored or relevant to student needs, and even more so that it was incomplete, leaving me without the full education I was promised and asked to paid for.
The lack of support from the course's staff, including the instructor Puja, her manager Divya, and Bharath from sales, and Ankitha from feedback and experience dept only adds to the frustration.
Being charged double the price compared to other students without receiving adequate justification or additional value is unfair and unethical. It's unfortunate that attempts to seek assistance or recourse were met with avoidance or ineffective solutions like being offered to retake the same unsatisfactory course. Such experiences can understandably leave one feeling cheated and disillusioned with the institution.
For those considering similar courses or programs, my experience serves as a cautionary tale. It's crucial to conduct thorough research, seek out reviews from past students (because most of the reviews are fake or written by faculty or students are made to give good reviews) and ensure transparency in pricing and curriculum before committing to any educational program, especially for international students who may face additional challenges and costs.
