Killer kumble and srinath- hangup your boots!!.. Review on Cricket

Hi,

There are a lot of people who say Cricket is the best boring game ever invented and a lot of indians who breathe it as though it was an oxygen supplement(some of u may not agree...that's ok).

U can take an indian out of cricket but not the cricket out of an indian....goes the saying(just kiddin...nobody said that!!)

Yeah, the need is that we have to take a couple of indians out of cricket and a couple more.

As the title suggests Kumble and srinath have to retire because their presence in the indian team is not at all inspiring to say the least.

Dont get me wrong as these have done the nation proud a no of times because of their exploits on the field.

But their days are over and even they realise it but somehow they are not willing to acknowledge this fact.

Maybe they are still listening to METALLICA'S ''Memory remains''

All that is left in Kumble is that he still retains that cold face whenever someone hits

a boundary or a six(which happens quita a lot).

And srinath!! thank god he still is a one piece man(He sets an example with his worn out looks.Did u see the final match against srilanka?? e almost needed drips!!

As for srinath, I for one never believed that he was a good bowler simply because of the fact that he never learnt from his mistakes.He is like this software package with no scope for enhancements.But I must admit that he is a decent bet for the test version of the game.

What amazes me is that in one of his interviews, I had heard something like ''Pace is what I like '' and stuff like that. How can u be so pea brainish!

To take some more grey matter from the pea, srinath gives u a shocker saying that his test career is over and he is open only for one days(what a pity!)

And one more player who shud be strict no no for one days is VVS laxman.We call him ''TENALI RAM KRISHNA'' pyaarse.

I am warning u indian selectors..No matter what faith u have in him he will never come good in the one dayers.

Be realistic and dwell on the performances as a whole of these 2 players for the past 1 year or so and u will certainly find me right.

I believe many agree with my views.
