The real story behind craftsvilla.com slow response is because they have limited people replying to emails and that is what they have as preferred method of contact. In a day craftsvilla.com gets 1000 Plus emails from customer's all around the world. Lets say they have 30 employees, still it becomes difficult for everyone to finish those 1000 emails in a day as these issues are not the same issues.
Some people ask for return as majority of the times delivery i.e courier companies delay their orders or they mess with the delivery somehow. These emails are different from each customer's and take upto 5 to 15 minutes to answer their problems.
Then there's the customer replying back to them and again the same thing. Plus in additon by that time newer emails arrive. Customer's on the other hand think I have been cheated as no response from customer support, but in fact they are quite busy!
