I do a lot of shopping through online. Every where some issues, but not a lot(Amazon, Flipkart etc - not even 0.01% issues).
But CraftsVilla has more issues. 25% failures. That is too bad.
Out of my 8 orders, 2 had issues. that means 25% failures.
I gave order on Oct 19th as a Diwali gift. They said. expected delivery date Oct 25th. After 3 weeks, didn't delivery. I contacted support people. Got prompt reply, will get back to you in 2 days. Forget about 2 days, no response even after 6 days, then I contacted again. They replied, they are going to return my money. So sad.
I ordered one more Saree for my cousin as a gift. They charged money, later "this item is not available". Very bad, This is not as bad as previous one. Luckily after couple of days, they sent saree with different color.
