In last week I was in Mumbai for a marriage of my close friend and I was there till one week and during this period one day I had visited at this hotel for dinner it was nice in looking but the services was very poor and the food quality also found very bad
We were total 14 friends and we found that there was nothing like proper food presentation and it was not proper decorated with good cleaning
The behavior of staff also found very rudely and was having with a bad attitude and there was no body found worried about customer services and satisfaction
The taste of food also found very different and very uncomfortable and due to this we realized that there is no value of our money for such type of food quality and non quality services
There are a lot of places there where we can get much better services with good quality food and where we can spend our quality times with our family and friends
