Sorry, It's a long review, as I will comment about doctors, nurses, and administration.
Review about Doctor Cxxxxx Jxxx:
So I was going to this hospital since the beginning of my pregnancy. I was getting treatment from Dr. Cxxxxx Jxxx. Initially, everything was well. In each visit, she writes some tests(some are on every visit - reports are normal every time) worth 5K to 7K approx apart from her consultation charges. Till then everything was fine. No red flags were there as she is a lady with a sweet mouth.
It's all started in the 37th week. As the normal delivery period is around 40th week. On the visit of the 37th week, she threw some medical jargon and ask me to get operated ASAP. It was my first pregnancy and she created fear in my mind. I was ready to get operated but back in my mind, I knew that something fishy is going. But due to the CoVID situation, I didn't prefer to go to another hospital and she took advantage of that. Her assistant told me that she is having a monthly/ weekly target which is to be fulfilled. I was the victim of that target.
My bad as I got my tests done from their labs only and they manipulated the results and created that type of situation.
At the time of delivery as well, she created a panic situation as only one attendee is allowed. She gave a long list of medicines and took sign on random pages(I was all created within 5 minutes). Nurses and housekeeping staff are running from here and there). They have created a scene like Gabbar is back within 5 minutes and gave full anesthesia which was not required at that time. They gave all those treatments which were beneficial to them. They put their business profits in the priority list and put the patients' life in second place.
For me. Cxxxxx Jxxx was one of the worst doctors I have ever seen in my life. A lady with a business mind. She is not a doctor actually she is a business lady who is only concerned about her share.
Review about nurses:
They are experts in their field. All north Indian staff are great in their hospitality services but don't become a victim of their south Indian staff. They are there just for the formality. Actually, it's their responsibility to take care of children and mom during their stay. But they will show like they are doing a favor to you. You are paying hefty charges for this kind of treatment. At night also, after giving them bell, they will come after 5 to 7 minutes and will start showing as they are doing a favor to you. Not at all acceptable.
Review about admin:
They are leaking your details to local transgender. They will reach your location the very next day and take another 25k.
Each and every visit they will ask you to deposit 25k. Even at the time of admission, nothing is required to deposit, still, they will ask you for at least 25k.
Their advance booking amount was 5k but they are charging 10k which is non-refundable and then at every visit they will ask you for 25k(before the full and final settlement).
I was very disappointed during my stay.
I would not recommend anyone to go there. Even you can get better facilities at the nearest nursing/ maternity care at cheaper rates with better care. They are not justifying their name.
