I purchased a CP Plus surveillance system for my home, hoping for reliable security monitoring. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but frustration. The cameras constantly lose connection, making it impossible to rely on them for continuous monitoring. Even after numerous attempts to troubleshoot, including contacting customer support, the issue persists.
The mobile app is clunky and often crashes, leaving me unable to access the live feed when I need it most. Additionally, the video quality is subpar, making it difficult to identify individuals or details in recorded footage.
Overall, I regret investing in CP Plus and would not recommend it to others seeking a dependable surveillance solution.
