BEEJAPURI DAIRY PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

It's been more than two months since we have been ordering from Country Delight and now. We were happy initially but now with some recent developments our perception about the company is changed and we must confirm that there are many unprofessional behavior and unprofessional work ethics being pursued by this company. There are billing errors, Issues in the design of the billing software, long delay in complaint resolution. We were assured that we will get a call from the concerned department but not one called and then we get messages that the problem is resolved.


1. Delivery Issue - We had a delivery concern and we were not happy with the delivery at 4.30 AM, and we have been requesting for a delivery after 6 AM and preferably between 7.00 - 7.30 AM for a long time. While we were promised several times in the past and have got calls from your senior delivery team including from the team in Gurgaon, this problem still remains unresolved. This is the reason we are unable to use many other products being supplied by Country Delight.


2. Billing Issue: We had many issues unresolved since July 10th when we filed a complaint for the first time. No one from the Country Delight responded to our issues. This is the reason we were frustrated and stopped buying from the company for the last few days. While some of the issues are resolved we still have a few issues unresolved. We had clearly informed the concerned person we spoke with recently(around July 30th) that we are not interested in the supply till all issues are resolved. We cancelled the membership to avoid cropping up more problems as suggested by your billing department.


To our surprise we got a supply a few days back and at a normal rate(your normal rate is about 30 to 40% higher than market rate) . We are not happy with the supply. While you may have good intentions to keep customers happy by supplying the product even when the account is -ve, it is not right to supply at normal rate, instead you may have supplied at discounted rate or DON'T SUPPLY. Supplying at a normal rate has given a very bad message about the company and puts a question mark in the professional ethics of this company. Please note your normal rates are much higher than the market even with the quality of product being supplied.


Request kindly reverse(give credit) of excess charge.


3. Resume Supply: We will resume the supply only when the delivery, billing issues are resolved and only after we clear our account and put the money. Till then please do not supply.


4. We contacted the following people after a long follow up and while some issues were resolved but not all. We have also given some feedback which may need to be looked into by the company.
