LE TRAVENUES TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
They loot you in the name of "zero cancellation charges". It is not airlines. they collect several charges. They very comfortbly loot you.
Example I booked a ticket which waitlisted. Tikcet Fare 1245+ IRCTC Charges 35+ Confirm Ticket charges 40+ Gateway 36+ zero cancellation charges 249= Total 1605. When I cancelled the waitlisted ticket I received only 1180/-. So in this transaction I lost 415 which is profit to Confirm ticket. In case confirm ticket is cancelled then to some extent I can understand but the waitlisted ticket? Is it not a licenced LOOTEE?
