LE TRAVENUES TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I recently booked a train journey from NZM to Chennai through the ConfirmTkt app, enticed by their claim of a 90% confirmation chance, highlighted in green to instill confidence. However, this turned out to be a deceptive business strategy. Despite their promises, we only received RAC (Reservation Against Cancellation) for 2 passengers on the last day. This app appears to mislead customers with inflated confirmation percentages.
Moreover, I paid an additional fee of over 100 rupees, supposedly to facilitate the booking process via the IRCTC page and cover platform charges, but none of these promises materialized. It’s clear that the app's assurances are unreliable. I recommend booking directly through IRCTC to avoid such disappointments.
