I have booked a plot with Confident in Sarajapura road, while booking nothing was ready so they said with in 2 months the plotting will be ready and we can do the registration.

So looking for 2 months of time for making plot ready we agreed to a price, and I paid 25% as advance which is very high.

After that time pass by it went by 8 months of time and not a inch has been moved in the location. with in this 8 months I have gone to site and their BTM office couple of time to ask when they will start the project but every time I get a false promise.

The people sitting over BTM Confident office lying about each and everything, I would give you example of their lies(when you go to meet them in their office, Even though they are present in office, their front office girls say that they are not available.

?once I asked them to sent a confirmation email, they said they have sent it when I checked the email and I have not received it, they are asking to check in my junk email but the fact is they have not sent the email at all) so from this kind of straight lies they do).

I have met couple of people over there(Ganesh, Jayanth, Swati), do not belive on them at all.

Now I have asked them to cancel the booking and return my hard earned money now it has been 80 days I am still waiting for the money to get. Please do not believe Confident projects at all. They are one of the biggest cheaters in the Bangalore market. They only play with people's money, time and emotions.
