TDLR: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHITTY INTERNET PROVIDER


STAY AWAY if you need internet for gaming or audio/video call or anything which required real-time data exchange


I am a software engineer based in Delhi, working from home from the march


I had the den broadband connection earlier, they had good service but I wanted to change my broadband as they have limited uploading speed,


I saw one of the hoardings of comway in my area[Guru Nanak Nagar, Tilak Nagar] and I decided to take Comway broadband connection[worst decision of my life],


I have taken a connection on 8Nov 2020 and starting from Nov 13, 2020, my internet stopped working


I complain there customer care, they said a technical team will call me in 1 hour(and they took 6-7 hours to call me back)


Now at the time when they call me before 5-10 min, my internet start working and they resolved my ticket, but after few hours my internet again stopped working again, and this time after few hours my complaint got auto resolved(ps: my internet still not working)


Now after 13 Nov, my internet connection keeps on breaking at a random time(they have ruined my all zoom/meet meetings), and whenever I called their customer support they have a very good answer "Your request is raised on a priority basis," Interesting part is their internet won't work after 9-10 pm, connection breaking frequency suddenly increase as their infrastructure can't handle the load(as almost everyone uses the internet at this time)


Please go over the experiences of other users before buying this shitty broadband connection otherwise you will be like me to post on Facebook/Twitter


If you are still interested to buy this connection I would recommend buying for only 1 month(you will experience the sht they provide), you will have to pay 200-300 extra but my friend it will save you a lot,


I am stuck with 3-month connection


This is the first time I came to social media to complain about any company(i know how much it is harder for any company to start the business but this comway is actually harassing me mentally)


PS: from 19-23 Nov their local internet provider(whos number I saved, and I directly contacting him instead of comway, he helped me a lot but couldn’t figure out the problem), he changed the wire+ he changed the router but the problem of dropping ping(random internet connection failure) at the random time still there, It ruined my meeting


EDIT1: My local provider upgraded my connection to fiber to home directly+ comway gave me static IP, but again the problem still remains, I am attaching my screenshot for better understanding,


In the picture, you can see I hit the DNS server, which ideally should take 6ms to resolve but in this case, it is taking 6000ms(6 seconds) to resolve


This continuation of failure I keep getting after 8–9 pm regularly and in the daytime, it is random which means I get the experience at any random time.
