I got my car serviced just 2-3weeks back. Major issue was with the engine. When I got the car back they told me they had changed the lubricants also apart from the engine problem.
Made a bill of around rs.7000.I got a call after 2days of receiving the car regarding feedback and I said the gear is giving resistance now.
For which they sent me a technician home to check. he said the gear ring needs to be changed and that can cost another 2000rs or so. four days after that today my car STOPPED in the middle of the road early in the morning.I've been trying to get someone to get the car picked up, but till now no one has come. Also those picking up the calls at the office were quiet rude.
They should actually own up since the car got stuck after them having seviced it. The car is having issues with the self.Can they justify the rs7000 taken for engine repair when something so basic hasnt been looked upon.
On top of it the employees hanging up on me when iam the one struggling, standing alone in the middle of the road. The lady at the office on number 011-2664xxxx was courteous enough to help me get the number of the right person, the customer care manager, but Shabana(the customer manager) wasnt at her desk to answer back. Initially.
Narayan, the guy who was calling me for my car service earlier(no.958279xxxx) was picking my call and told me that he will send me someone's number to talk and get the car picked, gave me maruti's toll-free number and after that didnt pick my calls.i had to speak to all sorts of RUDE EMPLOYEES telling me to wait till 12 noon.
Ideally the car shouldnt have got stuck after their expensive serviving, and if it did, they should own up and be there to help instead of throwing their attitude on the customer.
