I had booked for DISH Tv package with comparedth online. All charges were paid online from my wife's debit card. Date was 02.10.2018. Technical team arrives to install next day, who remark signal error due to trees around and therefore installing DTH SERVICES will be pointless and they left.
Comparedth decide to countercheck and another technical team from TATA sky was sent who reported the same.
A callfrom comparedth was received and a refund was requested by me and was accepted. Accordingly a mail was forwarded on 15.10.2018 and we receive a reply that your refund is under process.
Several mails were sent after that and till date no response mail was received.
Calls were received sometimes with response that a call will be received shortly about your query.
One of the response received was refund will be credited to the bank account within 7 working days.
Several mails were forwarded, but till date, no response, no refund.
Question arises whether this company does not have a refund policy or are they cheating.
I have done so many transactions with online companies, but this is the first time, I find myself cheated.
