We don't recommend this hospital at all, Why? (Personal experience)
1) This team will not tell what all test is going on a patients body, they simply do the unwanted test and charge us a lot!
2) They don't do proper diagnose especially for Cancer patients!
3) When we ask for results for the sample which has been collected from the patient's body, they simply told us the samples has been lost. (UNACCEPTABLE) They don't even refund our money still holding it.
(They have done a minor surgery in my wife's neck(Biopsy) and they lost the samples, now my wife has to undergo the same surgery again because of this uneducated fools. we are giving our beloved once to this hospital who don't know to even take care of samples! then how this team is gonna take care of our patient)
4) Help desk team are just uneducated idiots, will always give fake information's! My family members(5-6) called them to know the status in diff days, they just give diff information which is fake!
5) We have paid 60, 000 approx for 2 test, which is double charge and not even bothered to give our result, they don't even ask us what all test is going to do they just simple charge as hell!
6) Hi, I will never forget you Mr. Neleesh, when I ask him where is my wife's result he just told me, "This is not in my control"! If patients are not in your control please do give resignation and do some other JOB Mr. Neleesh.
Is he a doctor? We are your customer, we pay for what you treat! We need the result of what we pay for if you cannot give it refund the money for the results that you haven't given us!
7) I have the phone records and we have it what all things that team as spoken to us every now and then, dear patients they are to make money and not to treat us in a responsible way!
" I will be coming to see you "Mr. Neelesh and lab associates", I will make you drink water on this", this is my reminder for you due to curfew, luckily I am not in Bangalore.
I will give these reviews as much as possible in all social media and I will report about this incident to all media and to each and everyone to save their beloved once life.
I don't know other branches of Columbia, but Yeshwanthpur Columbia Asia, I don't recommend and they don't even deserve 1
WHY WE ARE PAYING IN PRIVATE HOSPITAL?
1) To get the best treatment!
2) To get the best medical facility!
3)To get maximum care for our beloved once!
4)To get the results for the samples in a low time frame!
5)To take responsibility(A-Z) of our beloved once!
6) To give us the services for what we have paid for!
LAB, Front desk & Mr. Neleesh(The gentleman) he loves to start treatment without proper diagnosis and he wanted to start chemo on the next working day to my wife. It's not even confirmed if it's cancer or infection.
