SURPRISINGLY so unprofessional, that the hospital didn't even bother to reply to my mail.
The incident has left such mental trauma for my wife that at this life saving critical phase she is going through that is unable to sleep and forget the strenuous mental trauma and torture she was induced to by few uncivilized nurses employed by the hospital.
I would further seek the help of
Hon Chief Minister Ms Mamta Banerji
Association of Hospitals of Eastern India
and all social media
and other associations to get the guilty nurses punished if proper explanation and unconditional apology is rendered by the hospital.

Dear Team,
My wife Ayesha was admitted on the 26th May 2020 in Emergency for PAH and from emergency was shifted to ICU where this incident happened
It's AGHAST to see the kind of services by nurses that too in the ICU department of a reputed hospital such as yours.
My wife Ayesha was subjected to physical trauma, beating and even to the extent of her hair being pulled by the 2/3 nurses led by someone named Santoshi, and two other nurses and a male nurse whose names she does not recall, one of them had given her the first enema was the most mentally sick. Santoshi went to the extent to threaten that if my wife complains to the doctor she will make her life difficult. Santoshi went to the extent of telling my wife that even if your husbands complain to Arindam Banerjee of someone named Mr. Sarkar .nothing can be done against me.
Well Well it's a hospital people broken and desperate for treatment and gasping for each and every breath are admitted not for fun and such mentally such impassionate mentally maniac nurse cannot be placed in such places
I have attached the pictures which I could from the parts of the body of my wife some which I could as others are intimate, the pictures clearly show the in the number of times she was pinched by the maniac and her two colleagues, my wife recalls that a nurse named "Bablu" was a witness to all this, even a small inflammation is present where she has pulled her hair. What kind of barbaric mentally retarded nurses is employed we are extremely surprised. beyond words.
Also, it may kindly note we had near-perfect handling of affairs by your Emergency Team namely Dr. Rana, your Reception Team, you security even during the difficult time of COVID but from ICU nurses it's is totally unacceptable.
Kindly conduct an internal inquiry and take stringent action against people responsible and not only for us but also for your repute of such mentally sick people should be removed before another unpardonable untoward incident undergoes.
If we do not get an unconditional apology to form her we will be forced to highlight the pathetic mentally retarded nurses employed from your end all over social media as well as take all appropriate actions as advised by my lawyers in this.
