Yup I am talking about the one of the well known company of India, but one of my friend is working for this company and he told me that, "This is the company who use to do so many formalities but not provide career growth".
salary and benefits are acceptable but not up to the mark of individual deserving for that.
you have to work for this company, and you still don't know about your confirmation regarding your job security.
I think there are less opportunities are available in respect of career growth.
working environment is not up to the mark, negative attitude of workers could be found inside their employee.
but at last its COE is working for own company not for the Employee, means earning profit but not giving benefits to their employees.
