I am 13+ years of experience in Java/J2EE and worked with CTS Chennai for 3.2 Years as an Architect. Daily non-billable seniors and managers are putting papers as forced by HR. I put the paper on five months back as forced by HR. Intentionally put low rating and given false comments and not mapped to any project based on role and finally send them out though they have Mail proof for successful completion of Task. Many stupid and inexperienced and incapable Managers are doing politics against whom they do not nod or flexible to him and doing anything against seniors(12+ yrs exp) without humanity and miss-using the authority. The majority of Manager, Senior Manager, Directors, etc., are Brahmins whom they dominating there and doing politics for not allowing non-Brahmins to come superior and the big Brahmin lobby is existed in CTS and not easily given a promotion to non-Brahmins. They are united and they can do anything against the non-Brahmins though they are capable and experience. HR is a dummy and never favor to us and simply ask our concerns and nothing can do. More than 12 yrs it's difficult to work under in-experience and stupid Managers and it's a question to continue on IT Industry. No hope, No secure, No respect for 12+yrs experience peoples and the bad situation will happen to work along with Freshers/Juniors and reporting to 6yrs exp Lead in Client place as you are Manager in CTS.
Managers are given the wrong information and committed without the knowledge/awareness of the Client. Resource managers are given wrong information and telling lie, not only by oral but through Mail and forcibly placed in client place. Once we deployed into the Client place, it was totally discrepancy and the role will be irrelevant what they have committed in the mail. This is the sad situation is happening to Technical Managers and Technical Architect working as a developer along with juniors under the client Lead for 6 years experience as they are a vendor. When we asked this, they telling lies and not given a proper answer and finally playing for lateral employee’s career for putting wrong comments and low ratings and the result sends them out. That’s why I am telling, working with inexperienced, immature, incapable Managers, it’s very difficult to work particularly for experience people. These Managers are working more than 12 or 15 years in the same company & same project and difficult to get other company hence they doing politics for lateral joinees careers.
Note: My suggestion, (12+ Yrs) Architect and Tech Manager don't come to this company because shame, indignity, disrespect and the miss-matching role is waiting for you and the same situation will be happened for some other companies so better to try abroad and obtain more money with few years irrespective of roles. If you are really capable better to try abroad for saving money and Years. Now Tragedy period for Seniors because Directors and Chief Architect are working like a LEAD and trying to save for his seat.
Jayarachagan Narayanan(Chief Architect), Muru & Archana(ford account) - These peoples are worst and never happy in there life and the days are not far and it's very near. HR Sheela heard about all my concerns and she looked all proof of my mail but she couldn't do anything.
