Codec Network is a coaching cum networking institute based in New Delhi house near barakhamba metro station. It is a small institute and provides variety of trainings in network security, computer programming languages and also facilitates corporate training. The institute boasts of state of the art facility. As per their site they have panel of corporate trainers and dedicated other trainers for variety of training. The owners who run this institute are husband wife duo. Arvind Mittal and his wife are the main owners of the institute. Their mode of operations range from attracting students and then fleecing a great deal of money from them without providing quality infrastructure or study material. They don't have very good corporate trainers as per what they boast. Many trainers payment was delayed or was blocked for some or the other issues. Never seen a person like Arvind Mittal who is kind of cheesy and greedy. Not to mention about his wife. She doesn't care about manners. I used to work as part time corporate trainer at the institute and they delayed my payment and didn't pay at all my money. They would attract clients, customers and students through their cheesy talks and then take all fees in advance most of the time while they would delay the payment of the trainers even after the completion of the batch. None of their systems are upto the mark and all run pirated softwares without any accountability. In total its a defrauding machinery to loot people. Beware of this institute whether you are getting any job offer or are being shown the great stories and great courses being delivered by this institute. Rest all the
