Fraud company, don't be trapped.... Review on Clubresorto

Dear All, today I would like to share my experience with this fraud company Club Resorto and would alert you of their fraud tactics to convince you to take a membership.

My name is Ashish Rawat and I took membership in Crossing Republik Ghaziabad on 18-05-19 through Anil and Kabir but later realized about their frauds.

First trap - They will call you on the pretext of their promotional event and will commit you that there will not be any membership drive as they are just doing their promotion and you don't have to give any penny.

Second trap - If you get trapped, they will start luring you to provide 4 and 5 star hotels along with free AMC(Rs. 10, 000) for a year if you agree to take membership that day only so that you can not see their bad reviews from other sites on internet. They will tell you to provide 100% hotel/resorts if you book their properties for your vacations.

Third Trap - If you agree then they will tell you that pay through credit card and it will be converted to 0% EMI for 12 months. If they get success then your hard earned money go to their pocket.

Actually, we usually don't read their term and conditions which they provide in their agreement(Also they will not give you a hard copy of that) which is for their benefit only.

On agreement, they mention property booking on availability of the property( where is 100% surety?).

On agreement, they mention if the booked facility is not available then they will provide the alternate facility(No mention of 4 and 5-star facilities anywhere in clause).

I asked Kabir(Marketing supervisor) to book Treehouse Rajmahal, Neemrana facility mentioned on their given brochure but he failed to provide booking. After that I decided to cancel my membership and asked for refund then Kabir again insisted me that if I have any doubt on this membership then can add any clause on my agreement.

Based on the above facts I asked Club Resorto to refund my money back or add some of my below clauses on my agreement to continue my membership -

1- There is a 100% surety of booking if we book property before 7 days of the requested booking date. In case of unavailability of the requested property, we will be provided booking on an equivalent property on the same location without any additional charges.

2- We will be provided booking from the properties list mentioned on the provided brochure by the club Resorto at the time of taking a membership. In case if in future more properties are being added by Club Resorto then the customer can book them also.

3- Not below than 4 or 5-star property will be provided by the Club Resorto to stay.

4- AMC will be applicable only when we avail the booking facility in the same year.

5- AMC will be paid only for 4 years(Total no of provided days). In case we are not able to utilize our remaining days within 5 years, those days will be carried forward for the next 3 years.

6- For the next 3 years no extra AMC will be charged if we have already paid 4 AMCs.

7- In case of failure of the above clause we will get our membership amount with an interest of 18% PA.

After sending the above mail of addition of above-mentioned clauses they stopped replying my emails and not refunding my membership amount. Did I ask anything wrong? I only wanted to add points what they promised during their promotional drive.

Moreover, on the mail, they said free AMC is on 5th year it means the first year you will have to pay AMC at the time of booking.

Now Kabir has also stopped receiving my calls and answering my messages so this is the behavior of Club Resorto representative.

So they are only cheating the people and completely a fraud and doing their business with false promises. Please don't be trapped on their false promises otherwise you will be the looser only.
