"I already shared my experience with the Club Resorto package. The day after purchasing it, we requested to cancel, but they keep calling daily, refusing to cancel and refund. They are mocking customers! How can they refuse to cancel? They do not giving any value for customer's emotions .We signed their policy, which includes termination terms.
