A company having no business ethics. Review on Clubresorto

From my experience, Club Resorto is not a trustworthy business. They will conduct promotional meetings at five star hotels and try their best to trap people with attractive offers(five star hotels / resorts with complimentary breakfast option+ free gift coupons). They will not leave you easily until you take some decision of taking some offer. They have readymade references available to convince the customers. Their website is filled with positive reviews about holiday packages offered by Club Resorto(some of them may be real). Their agreement / contract will not reflect "extra offers" they make verbally and most often customers will not check agreement conditions before signing. Once the payment is done(they take 100% advance), we will receive a warm welcome note from one of the Customer representatives & Relationship Manager will call you(hopefully first and last call from Relationship Manager). Once we express our dissatisfaction on the facilities / options they provide, they will start behaving in a different way. And they will not agree to cancel the package easily.
