Mahindra Holidays and Resorts is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Lot of wrong commitments from the time the membership was taken, obviously by sales guy who are good at selling stuff, with all wrong commitments.
The guys who fooled us into buying the membership are longer in the system. The people you talk to need evidence of committtment given by the earlier person.
Even when i decided to pre-close the Emi, i was told that there was a discount and 2000 credit points but till date i have not received the points. Infact i got a call in November stating that the points will be credited by beginning of December...hope the person was referring to year 2021 and not 2022.
So, lot of false promises and commitments from a lot of people whom you interact with, so BEWARE and be careful.
The biggest mistake in life has been to take this membership, wish i had not and I regret it every moment. Sadly i took it just before Covid and so have been able to only go to 1 resort so far.
One learning is always record each and every call conversations with each and every person from Club Mahindra, all of them are big fat liars and they ask for proof of who gave the commitment.
But services at the resort, the quality of food, the room quality is all super....cost of food most often overtakes cost of stay. And cost of activities after very costly.
