Mahindra Holidays and Resorts is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I just attended a presentation they held for me and firstly, I must say I was pleasantly surprised by their behaviour. It was so refreshing to see that they were not selling me something, it was as if they were just talking to me.
I got all the info I needed, without any fuss and also some movie tickets, and all of this without any obligation! Resorts and all are great, I already knew about that coz of my friends who are already members. Just wanted to shout out to those guys for making it so much worth my time.
If the Club Mahindra management is reading this, I attended the presentation at R City mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai.
