Never buy a Membershjp from club Mahindra. Review on Club Mahindra Mashobra Shimla

I have purchased the membership 12 years Back paying them ~12 lakh for 1 BR PURPLE MEMBERSHJP and pay every year ~22000 /-as ASF ( annual maintenance fees) despite they don’t give the room on your demand unless booking 4 months in advance .If would have invested it in mutual funds that would have given a return of at least 15 lakh in 12 years from which one go to any 5 star hotel of your desired destination on your dates. Simply one has to pay an yearly payment of approximately 22000/-in addition to the Membershjp fee which cost for at least 15-16 lakh for 1 bedroom purple Membershjp. You can get a decent 5 star hotel in any part of India in approximately 7000/- per night.So for only ASF payment can give you 3 nights in 5 star hotel. And if you are buying the Membershjp from club Mahindra that cost you extremely heavy on your pocket with no assurance of booking on your demand dates. In nut shell I can say BUYING CLUB MAHINDRA MEMBERSHJP IS UTTER WASTAGE OF MONEY AND I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANY ONE TO BUY IT.USE YOUR MONEY JUDICIOUSLY.
