To start with about Clovia, VERY WORST service in my entire 11 years of Online purchase. I have placed an order(7939413) on 19th March 2021. Product got delivered on 10th April 2021 due to Pandemic situations which is acceptable to an extent. I didn't cancel the order just because to encourage Indian products.
I have been delivered with wrong products. Not even one product is delivered correctly. It seems to be some one's order which got delivered to me.
I keep trying to connect Clovia on "0120-484-2200" no response at all. Waited almost 40min, even after that call did not connect.
Tried calling them 3-4 times every single day.
No proper communication, no response from your side, no concern about the customer.
Finally on 13th April, call got connected and they requested for the pictures which I have already shared. But still I believed them and sent pictures for which they replied, will check in 2 days, initiate a return pickup and refund as well.
Later then there is no response, no call, no WhatsApp response, no response to mail nothing.
I still keep trying to reach them which is not happening.
Due to such services, I lost the belief on the Indian products and services.
Please don't buy any products from clovia, I would say please block the website yourself so that even by mistake you wont open this page
