Unethical, Ignorant, Money Minded, Unskilled doctors(Aunties), Who don't care about your teeth at all!
You will only get traumas here.
Checked with Clove Dental for braces relapse teeth gap solution.
My complaint is about their unethical practices and trapping patients and not giving proper information about treatment plan before they start procedures.
1 Consultation was done with other doctor and so huge gap in communtation between doctors and customer.
2 Teeth scan was done by 2nd doctor. And they did not show me any scans or discussed any treatment plan with me.
3 They directly called me to collect my Clear Aligners. For which I went and 3rd doctor orthodontist(Doctor Nidhi Madan) was there. She did not explain me about the procedure she was going to perform or took any consent before hand.
Instead she ignored me asking her questions and she seemed to be in hurry, she said don’t worry and she performed IPR on my teeth.
After completing the process she made me wear aligners and gave me consent papers to sign.(Which was totally wrong).
She also left after that and did not have me any heads up or aftercare solutions after the IPR procedures she did. Also, IPR measurements(mm) were not informed at all.
My gums are still bleeding even after doing mild pressure brushing after a month now. Also, she did a Botched IPR on my front teeth.
Also, I saw my scans after she performed all these procedures when I went back home.
I was shocked to see their treatment plan for my teeth as my concern was to close gaps which was a relapse of my braces treatment in my teenage.
But they planned whole straightening of my teeth without consulting with me.
Tooth shaving(IPR) is an irreversible process and should be taken consent and should be well explained before performing such procedures.
- Please go to individual skilled dentists who are taking their jobs seriously and who is not working to meet targets to run shitty dental chain.
- Please ask questions and consent form and whole procedure plan because they don’t give a damn about you and your health.
They will not tell/Consult or take consent from you.
- Don’t trust them on first go, please go and get second opinions or else you will regret like me.
- After you make the payment, no one will talk to you or even care about how you are managing this treatment financially or what so ever!
- And forget about patient care team, as they will blame everything on you if you share your concern.
- Also they are trying to sell their newly launched Whistle Aligners. I’m sure Whistle Aligners could be good but some consultant orthodontist experimenting on the same and you might be next.
- Go for Invisalign orthodontist who is certified Invisalign orthodontist and not some over confident ignorant doctors who are working with Clove Dental.
SAY NO TO WHISTLE ALIGNERS AS THEY CAN'T HIRE GOOD CERTIFIED ALGINER ORTHODONTIST AND DOING EXPERIMENTS.
