I would advise you to not work here I went there as a content writer and when I asked them about the total employees they said there are 25 employees but in reality, there were only 9 all the employees here are full of lies.
I talked a lil bit to former Digital Marketing head there and based on my personal experience I am writing this review.
They will make you sign their NDA agreement as soon as possible but You will never get the offer letter every time you will ask about it they will laugh and say that the printer is not working, there's no HR, the paper is not available and stuff like that just lies and lies.
They have removed negative reviews themselves by their digital marketing team so that's why you will only see 4+ reviews here try searching Glassdoor.
There's no growth here because there's no senior management here only freshers. Many seniors who have worked here left because they were not getting their 5-6 months salary and you will also get your salary late that I can guarantee you. After 55-60 days to be precise. They will say that clients are not giving payments stuff like that but why do employees suffer because of some stupid clients?
The thing is CEO here knows everything but he still don't try to rectify himself and the company that's really funny to be honest.
A grumpy lady also works here who tries to oversee every role a company has to offer.
She's the real nuisance here you will know in due time if you will start working here.
The CEO also has an inside man working for him who informs him about all that is happening inside status of employees gossips etc.
That man's a fool who doesn't know he's being a pawn all along working his a s s off for below par salary.
They will try to show that they are so busy, will start acting that clients are coming will make a hectic environment just to make you believe that somethings happening but don't fall for their tricks.
They will try to do you some favours but it's all part of the plan so don't bother believing.
Android Developer left, Marketing head left, Digital Marketing Executive left, Content Writer Web Designer left within one year I personally talked to them they all said the same thing that they are FRAUD. I tried talking to the designer here but he ignored me now the pieces are falling into places he knew too.
They just try to catch clients that can pay a huge amount of money and are providing them third-class prototype projects.
When you will leave this place they will say stuff like he's was not good he was lazy stuff like that behind your back to the next person who will take your position even if you have given your 100% here.
FAKE PEOPLE FRAUD PEOPLE JUST STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
