Worse Service Provider, I had Booked a Five star ticket from Delhi to Manali on 14 june 2014 city look travels / via.com, When i reached the Boarding point, I was Shocked, there was no bus, When i called to the city look travel they said the bus is cancelled, we will refund you the whole amount, What will i do with the Refund? if i booked my hotel & car in advance, I was with my family . After I met with the Guy of city look travels they force me to take a innova @ 11500/- for One Way, I booked that, but the fake commitment does not end here.. . When the Car Reached Chandigarh, we had to wait there for 3 hrs such a painful situation with my family on the Highway. Then the Second car came , almost at 1 pm we reached Manali, when we reached Manali the driver did not agree to drop at the hotel . I have Booked seats from via, they are fraud peoples . when i called to via they disconnected our call & said we have no department for the reconfirmation .
Such Pathetic Service !!! If anybody wants to face such pathetic situation go with citylook travels buses / via.com
