I feel ashamed for having CITIBANK account, Now I already moved to another bank account.
The problem with CITIBANK for an inward remittence they took 10 days and after 8days also there is no update from CITI BANK.
And these guys doesn't have an way to callback to customer instead customer has to call them daily for status and the number they had is a chargeble number and they will take almost 20mins time to pick customer call.
These guys were saying same answer everyday that wait for one day, this repeated for 8days but the problem is not solved. Everyday I am spending 2hr's on this issue. Day by day getting lot of frustration, But these guys doesn't bother about all these then simply say wait for 1 or 2 days.
