Don''t go here if you have special glass requirements, you will be cheated and insulted. These jokers are either very dumb and unable to understand simple requests, or they pretend to be stupid in order to get away with cheating.
I requested a darker than normal Transition lens, such as the XTRActive type, which will be lightly tinted indoors and quite dark outdoors, a type designed for people with light sensitivity. I was very clear and specific when I told this Ruby Rai of an optometrist that I need a Transition lens that will keep some tint indoors and get very dark outdoors, and I emphasized, repeatedly, my requirement for indoor tint due to light sensitivity. Instead I was given a regular Transition without the extra darkness I specifically requested. When I pointed out the error, the staff''s selective hearing kicked in and they arrogantly said, You wanted Transition lens, we gave it! They absolutely ignored my very specific request, as mentioned above, and they pompously refused to admit their screw up and refused to acknowledge their own idiocy and failure to listen. I got cheated out of Rs 1,350/- for lenses that do not meet my needs, this despite an additional reminder sent to them via WhatsApp, where again I reiterated my need for a darker Transition that stays lightly tinted indoors. When I tried to reiterate about my light sensitivity, the retarded optometrist looked at me like I was crazy, like she had never heard of the condition, so she obviously has no qualifications, probably bought fake educational certificates, or had a corrupt daddy to bribe the college administrators.
