Hi Friends!Today I will write my opinion about Choti Wala Cool Corner And Reataurant - Indira Nagar - Lucknow.It is a street food Restaurant you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner here .It is pure veg restaurant.Talking about their location and address so it is located at Neelgiri Complex, Near Sahu Agency, Indira Nagar, Lucknow.Its timing is 9AM to 11 PM.Now I will explain you all about this place below.
Food And Presentation-As I mentioned in the beginning it is a veg restaurant .Talking about what food you will get here so you can eat here Samosa.Pakoda Chola, Chawal Chola, Khasta Chola, And Bhojan Thaal. Talking About The varities and price of bhojan thaal so these are as follows Sada Thaal at RS 50/=, Special Thaal at RS 70/=, Deluxe Thall at RS 90/=.Talking about the quality of khasta, pakoda, Chole chawal, So the Khasta and Samosa are too much filled with oil therefore they have lost their taste and Chole has nothing like chole in it as their gravy is so thin and the quantity of ingredients are as much less that it does not taste like chole. Accept to food of Deluxe Thaal you will not get a satisfactory and eatable food in rest thaals. Talking about their food presentation so they serve food without any decoration in Steel plates, the onions of fried daal are over fried due to which they burnt and the show and taste of daal become bad.No sense of serving food.
Ambience-It is below average here as the roof of restaurant is made of steel tin.Moreover they have place their Bhatti and other cooking stuff on the entrance .Their wash basin is also very dirty.Talking about the inner ambience of restaurant so for sitting they have plastic tables and chairs.The inner wall is painted with orange colour paint.It is not air conditioned you can only get the air of old aged cealing fans here.A very old and out of dated wall clock is hanging in the restaurant.There is nothing like pleasing ambience here.
Customer Service-Talking about this feature so their workers are of age betten 45yrs to 55yrs. All are very sloth and unmanageable .They get anxious very soon when they have more then 2 or 3 customers always remain confuse .The biggest fault of them is they are as much confuse that you have to make them remember so many time that what have you ordered .And you have to wait too long for the delivery of your order.So the customer service is not satisfactory and unprofessional.
Value For Money- I will say if we only talk about the food so accept to some items rest items are value for money but if you ask me overall value for money like ambience, customer service, Food presentation so I am not satisfied with it at all.
You can go here for once just for normal food do not hope anything else from them and off course you can go here if you have plenty of spare time to spend.
