I had purchased IFB Elena, it has been almost 2 years.
I strongly recomment it for few reasons:
Cost and Affordability
Simple Operation
Durability
Good Clothes wash
Value for money.
The only disadvantage is that it vibrates too much in the last few minutes, when drying the clothes as the clothes go for a spin. You need to again adjust the position by pushing it back again to its original place. It is a special design feature in this model.
But leaving this, it is a cool and damn-good machine, which is too convenient for every household member, and easy to operate, manages itself during power loss, as it resumes its program automatically.
Surf excel doesnt seem to be as good as Ariel with this MACHINE.
Surf excel gives a lot of advertisements, special for top load, front load, etc., all seems to be a waste.
Ariel is best for wash in this machine. You dont see even your collar dirt and damage for clothes is minimal.
I had washed, bedsheets, pillows, blankets, rugs, and all other material, which normally is difficult to wash, including door mats.
Hot wash is always the best option, removes 95% of dirt atleast visibly 99%.
The best of best fully automatic machines is definitely from IFB.
The best gift for my mother, she operates it coolly, as she even doesnt know how to operate a tv remote. But she still doesnt know how to remove stock water after wash. I do it for her.
This is not only my feeling, but I hear the same before purchase, in a shop from a house-wife discussing with her husband, that they were using in their house since a decade before marriage.
This really gave me a confidence to purchase, inspite of marketing tricks played by shopkeepers.
I did not face any major problem to call a service personnel, hence cant assure service quality.
But as a product, its absolute performance, ease of operation, durability and value for money, it is still a amazing product you can coolly rely on.
