World over the demand for Alternative medicine is increasing which has made Alternative medicine doctors popular as most of the diseases are getting incurable by main stream medicine or if they get cured, they leave behind multiple sideeffects.
In such situations there will be chances of' SO CALLED DOCTORS' claiming to cure diseases, ultimately spoiling the name of the medicine they are practicing, whether it is Unani, Ayurvedic or Homoeopathy.Apart from it, since the qualified doctors will be charging more salary from the medical centres, the centre people try to replace the qualified person by a SO CALLED DOCTOR or a fresher.
This sort of problem is arising world over.Hence it is the duty of the patients also to know the qualifications of different alternative medical professionals.
The qualifications are as follows,
Homoeopathy - B.H.M.S
Ayurvedic - B.A.M.S
Unani- B.U.M.S.
These professions also have post graduations like
MD(H), MD( A), MD(U), respectively.
